A multi-media artist, I enjoy working on design that interacts with the human form, whether it be jewelry or furniture. I love clean, simple lines that are bold yet elegant. With these bracelets, I’m intrigued by the duality of the nature of the street signs. At once bold, graphic, and colorful they are elegant in form and composition. Scratches, bolt holes, and other markings remind us of their previous life and let us appreciate their new form. I love the way the light interacts with the paint, making them vibrant, luminous, and giving them a wonderful depth. The insides are satin finished for comfort while the edges are highly polished to add definition to the form and design.
