Karen has been an artist all of her life and decided to pursue jewelry making as a career after taking some classes while in college. She holds a BA in Anthropology and incorporates her love of ancient and ethnic cultures into her designs. All of Karen’s jewelry is hand fabricated using silver, gold, brass, copper and different gemstones.  Her attention to detail and ability to transcend designs of old help her to stand out among the many trendy jeweler’s of today. She lives and works on a small farm just north of Santa Fe, NM in a tri-cultural community, where the air is clear and the skies are sunny and blue.
